4. Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

By signing up for the Carnetta waitlist, you expressly consent to receiving commercial electronic messages from us, including launch notifications and product updates. This consent is in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email we send you will include: our contact information, the reason you are receiving the message, and a functional unsubscribe link. Your unsubscribe request will be processed within 10 business days.

5. Legal Basis

The processing of your information is based on your explicit consent, expressed when submitting the sign-up form.

6. Transfer Outside Québec

Your personal information may be transmitted to hosting and form-processing service providers whose servers are located outside of Québec, including in the United States. These transfers involve communicating personal information outside of Québec within the meaning of Law 25. Prior to any such transfer, we assess whether the recipient offers an adequate level of protection, taking into account the criteria set out by applicable law, including the sensitivity of the information, the purposes of its use, and the protective measures in place. 7. Retention Period

Your information will be retained for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list. If you unsubscribe or request deletion of your information, we will erase it within 30 days. Following the launch of the application, if you have not taken any steps to remain on our mailing list, your information will be deleted within 6 months of that launch.

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party traffic analytics tools. Our hosting provider may set strictly-necessary technical cookies required for the service to function, such as network security mechanisms. These cookies do not personally identify you and are not used for advertising or profiling purposes.
